Study with Diana
Classes in cabaret and folkloric forms of Middle Eastern dance are offered in the St. Louis area. In my classes, I strive to educate students about this ancient women's dance while providing fun and exercise. Flexibility, coordination and stamina are improved through the practice of this dance and its rhythms.
Private sessions are available and priced individually, please contact Diana to make arrangements.
Diana's Studio Class Pricing
FIRST NIGHT IS FREE - See the class registrar when you arrive
Monthly tuition is due at the first class of the month.
New students will pay a prorated amount when signing up for monthly classes.
Just Dancing Studio -
Thursdays - $10 per class
6:30-8:00 Class time
8:00-?? Open time used at Diana's discretion for addl practice or show rehearsals
Diana's classes concentrate on basic movements of Middle Eastern Dance to stretch, strengthen and tone; then transform the basic moves into dance, learn combination moves and how to interpret the music.The last half hour of class may include more advanced study, with the possibility of instruction on veils, zills and more complex combinations and choreography.
Private Bookings
Diana is able to provide solo or group instruction for a variety of private bookings, including: parties, classes and educational functions and special events.
Saturday Class With Diana
One Saturday each month Diana (or a guest instructor) will teach a class, focusing on a subject of particular importance to dancers. E-mail to register, payment is $20.00 at the door. Class availability may not be guaranteed until you have been confirmed by Diana. Check the class calendar to find upcoming Saturday classes.
